Terms of Use for Educational Platforms

Service rules, party responsibilities, and applicable limitations for online courses aimed at developing digital skills.

1. Subject of the Service and Definitions

These terms establish the legal framework under which Varischool (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") makes educational platforms and online courses intended for the development of digital skills available. By accessing and using the services, the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accept the terms.

Educational platforms include the online learning environment, teaching materials, interactive tests, and any other digital content associated with the courses. Online courses are structured into modules and lessons, aiming to improve the User's digital competencies.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Provider undertakes to ensure the continuous operation of the educational platforms, except during periods of scheduled maintenance or force majeure situations. The content of the online courses is updated periodically to reflect the evolution of the digital skills field.

The User is obliged to provide accurate information upon registration and not to share access data with third parties. Any activity carried out through the User's account is their sole responsibility.

  • The User can access the online courses 24/7, within the limits of the purchased subscription.
  • The Provider may modify the course schedule, with prior notice of at least 7 days.
  • The User undertakes not to reproduce, distribute, or resell the educational materials without the written consent of the Provider.
3. Limitations of Liability

The Provider does not guarantee that using the educational platforms will lead to specific results in the development of digital skills, as progress depends on the individual effort of the User. Online courses are designed as learning tools, not as universal solutions.

Under no circumstances shall the Provider be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or interruption of professional activity, caused by the use or inability to use the services.

Specific Exclusions

The Provider is not responsible for content generated by Users within forums or interactive sessions. Any information shared by Users is their sole responsibility.

  • Temporary technical errors caused by third-party hosting service providers.
  • Changes in legislation affecting the content of online courses.
  • Unauthorized use of the account due to User negligence.
4. Conditions for Termination of Use

The User may terminate the use of the educational platforms at any time by deleting their account, provided that all services already rendered have been fully paid for. The Provider may suspend or terminate the User's access in the event of a serious breach of these terms, including fraud or abusive use.

In the event of termination due to fault, the Provider is not obliged to refund amounts paid. After termination, the User no longer has access to the online course materials, except for those already downloaded under the license.

5. Modification of Terms and Contact

The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms of use, notifying Users by email or by publishing them on the platform 30 days before they come into effect. If the User does not agree with the changes, they may renounce the service within the notice period.
